TamilzMart.com follows a transparent and fair refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Refund


Refunds may be applicable if:

  1. Product received is damaged
  2. Product received is incorrect
  3. Product is not as described


2. Refund Process


  1. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


3. Non-Refundable Items


  1. Customized or made-to-order products
  2. Perishable goods
  3. Export or bulk wholesale orders (unless explicitly agreed)


TamilzMart reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
