2. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Orders: Typically dispatched within 2–7 working days after order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Charges may vary based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method.
4. Export & International Shipping
- International shipping is subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, and import regulations of the destination country.
- Any customs duty, import tax, or clearance fee shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery timelines for exports depend on international logistics and customs procedures.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared with buyers once the order is dispatched, where applicable.
6. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
- In case of incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to the seller.
- Additional shipping charges, if any, may be charged to the buyer.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Buyers must report:
- Damaged packages
- Missing items
- within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in rejection of claims.
