  2. Shipping timelines may vary based on product type, seller location, buyer location, and logistics partner.


2. Delivery Timelines


  1. Domestic Orders: Typically dispatched within 2–7 working days after order confirmation.
  2. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
  3. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.


3. Shipping Charges


  1. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  2. Charges may vary based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method.


4. Export & International Shipping


  1. International shipping is subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, and import regulations of the destination country.
  2. Any customs duty, import tax, or clearance fee shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified.
  3. Delivery timelines for exports depend on international logistics and customs procedures.


5. Order Tracking


Tracking details will be shared with buyers once the order is dispatched, where applicable.


6. Undelivered / Returned Shipments


  1. In case of incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to the seller.
  2. Additional shipping charges, if any, may be charged to the buyer.


7. Damaged or Missing Shipments


Buyers must report:

  1. Damaged packages
  2. Missing items
  3. within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.


Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in rejection of claims.
